OBU – for dyslexics

We offer a free service to everyone who has been diagnosed as dyslexic.

The aim is to give the dyslexic adult the best opportunities to cope in everyday life, in education and at work.

If you have not previously been tested, you can be tested with us – there are tests both for citizens with Danish as their first language and for citizens with another Danish as a second language.

The teaching takes place in small groups with a maximum of 6 in a group, 3 lessons 1 – 2 times a week, day or evening.

A course consists of 80 lessons. You can stop whenever you want. You can stop whenever you want.

It is possible to have the teaching period extended.

The teaching is free and is based on a plan devised through the results of aforementioned test.

Anyone with reading-spelling problems can contact us for testing and/or teaching.

The content of the teaching can be:

• Reading speed, reading comprehension and reading confidence
• Becoming better at distinguishing letter sounds or spelling rules
• More confident in spelling, writing and phrasing
• Use of read-write technology on PC or mobile
